mobilyazenaParticipantHi WoodMart team,
I purchased WoodMart from ThemeForest and I’m trying to install it on my WordPress site, but I’m having installation and display issues.
1) First install attempt – style.css missing
When I tried to upload the theme ZIP to WordPress (Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme), I received this error:
“The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.”
I realized that I probably uploaded the wrong ZIP file.
2) Correct ZIP installed but site looks broken
After extracting the ThemeForest download package, I saw these files:
woodmart.zip
WoodMart_package.zip
theme-preview.zip
(Licensing folder, thumbnail.png, etc.)
Then I installed woodmart.zip successfully.
However, after activation the front-end looks broken / not like the demo:
Layout looks like raw content / missing styling
Many images/icons are not loading (broken image icons)
The homepage does not match any WoodMart demo layout (looks like a basic sample content page)
3) Plugins & setup
During the setup wizard I selected Elementor as page builder.
Plugins installed/active include:WoodMart Core
WooCommerce
Elementor
LiteSpeed Cache
Rank Math SEO
Hostinger plugins (Tools, Easy Onboarding, Reach)
Safe SVG
Spectra / Starter Templates (may be installed)
What I need
I want to use a WoodMart prebuilt demo (catalog style) and have a normal working design like the demo pages.
Please help with:
Confirming which exact ZIP file I must upload (woodmart.zip / child theme / something else)
Why the front-end appears broken after activation (CSS not loading? missing demo import? cache issue?)
What steps I should follow to correctly import a prebuilt demo and set it as homepage.
If you need access, I can provide:
WP admin access (temporary)
Site link
Screenshots of the broken page
System status report
Thanks.
