Upsells & Related problem

Hello, I have two problems with my shop.
1. the upsells product are not shown even if they are enabled at the single product layout. The cross sells work perfect at the cart but not the up sells at the product page.
2. also in the product page you got the related products, in the layout I see the option to load them but with what criteria are they shown? Because right now they have nothing to do with the product. I mean the related products module show products that are not in the same category or dont have the same name or same brand. They are just random products, not related.

01. Navigate to Layouts > Edit single product layout and use Product Grid or Carousel widget in your custom layout and set the data source to “Upsells”. This will allow you to display upsell products anywhere in the layout: https://snipboard.io/xc8l0s.jpg

02. Related Products is a section on some templates that pulls products from your store that share the same tags or categories as the current product.
These products cannot be specified in the admin but can be influenced by grouping similar products in the same category or by using the same tags.

1. I am usre I have configured the upsells as needed. Check my screenshots and my product url. Something is not working.

In the screenshot you previously shared for the single product layout, I noticed that WPBakery was being used. However, on this site, Elementor is active. Could you please share the correct site where you want the upsell products to appear, along with the specific product page URL where the upsells have been added but are not displaying?

Yes you are right. The staging is using elementor and the live site WP Bakery because the previous theme was using it too.
But the problem exists in both.

I have added the Upsells products in the “Acer ProDesigner PE320QK” product.

And in the single product layout added the grid or carousel widget and chose the data source “Upsells”https://postimg.cc/t72wLBr8, and it is showing fine. Please check back your site and check the “Acer ProDesigner PE320QK” product and see the upsell products.

Hm the trick I think was to edit the product with the editor and not with the native default WordPress editor. Now they show!
