Since the issue still occurs after switching to a default theme, this means it is not related to the WoodMart theme. The problem was most likely caused during the cloning/migration process.
Please try the following:
Navigate to Settings > Permalinks and click Save Changes > Clear all cache and check how it works.
Also, Make sure both WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) are correctly updated in Settings > General.
If you used a migration plugin, try running the search & replace process again to ensure the old domain is fully replaced.
Since this likely happened during cloning, you can try exporting and re-importing the products via WooCommerce CSV to refresh the product meta (including upsells and cross-sells).
