    Hi,

    I just bought your theme but I think the import went wrong (Import AJAX problem…), because I can’t choose the base version now (error 504). Both Minimalism and Food versions work, but with some issues (multiple headers).
    Can you help me to fix it please ?

    Hi,

    500 Internal Error says about some issue on the server and can be caused by different things. Anyway, to understand its nature you need to see your server error logs or enable PHP error display on the website. If you can’t do this, you need to contact your hosting provider for help in this question.     But is it possible to remove the theme in order to try to reupload it manually ?
    I’m convinced the problem comes from downloading.

    Could you please ask your hosting provider to check why the home page is not loading and what error occurs at that time?
    Then, please, provide us your FTP access so we can fix it.

    I just received the answer from my hosting provider.
    They also noticed the error, but the response time of the server is ok, they didn’t detect any malfunction in their infrastructure, and the resources currently allocated are sufficient.
    They only advise me to optimize my website.

    Try to remove this menu from your header https://prnt.sc/kh6qjd
    This menu has a lot of items and each item has HTML block so there is some kind of loop http://prntscr.com/kh6q6g
    Try to remove it or create a new one.

    This menu was actually the source of the error.
