abbasayadtaha1ParticipantHello,
After the update I performed today, the parent theme appears to be missing or removed. I’m trying to install the theme again from my WordPress backend; however, the installation takes too long and then it stays on this URL with a blank page:
https://joeraad.com/wp-admin/update.php?action=upload-themePlease see the attached screenshot. Could you please help and assist in resolving this issue?

Could you please temporarily disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and send us your FTP access so we can check what is wrong?
Kind Regards

I’m also still unable to install the parent theme. I’ll attach a screenshot of the error message that’s showing. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible — the business needs to be up and running soon.

March 4, 2026 at 10:50 am #710777Hello,
We are waiting for the valid FTP access so we can debug this further.
Kind Regards

abbasayadtaha1ParticipantIf the FTP access is not working, I’m currently unable to reinstall the theme. At this stage, I cannot install the parent theme from the WordPress backend. I have already deactivated all plugins, but the issue still persists.
March 5, 2026 at 9:51 am #711015Maybe you have cPanel with File Manager, SSH or other alternative ways to upload theme files to your website? Provide us with this information and we will update the theme for you.

abbasayadtaha1ParticipantHello, done i deactivated them and feel free if you want to deactivate another plugins.
Just to recap the current bugs and issues I am facing:
1. I am experiencing an error on the editor page.(See attached Screenshot FYR)
2. The header menu (Burger menu) is not clickable and leading to “#”, even though the correct menu links are already assigned.
3. Another issue I encountered today is that when I activate the WPML plugin, many errors start appearing on the dashboard.( See attached Screenshot FYR)
Thank you.

1. You can ignore this error for now. They should fix it in the next plugin’s update. As a workaround, try to disable
WP_DEBUGin thewp-config.phpfile.2. You need to remove the duplicated menu element from your header https://monosnap.ai/file/V1ux4TG0v1Z6X5DwBp0cq2tPXEdwyH
3. Since it is not related to our theme, you need to contact plugin’s developers for help.
Kind Regards
