Problems with excessively large website file sizes

My hosting provider is reporting this issue. How can I resolve it, given that I recently activated Woodmart and had already added all the products, images, plugins, and additional code before I started using Woodmart’s fantastic new theme?

However, it’s possible that your website’s performance is affected by the content you have added. For instance, the use of too many plugins, large unoptimized images, or other resources can slow down your website.

I have LiteSpeed as a plugin—should I switch to WP Rocket instead? I also use LiteSpeed Cache for the Cloudflare CDN. Can I handle everything with just one plugin if I switch to WP Rocket? Or is LiteSpeed Cache still fine?
