    I’m trying to remove the “YOU MAY ALSO LIKE…” and “RELATED PRODUCTS” sections from the theme settings below the individual product pages, but I’m not succeeding.

    Hello,

    You are using a Custom Single Product layout, which is built with the WoodMart WooCommerce builder. Simply go to Layouts > Edit Single Product Layout, and remove the widgets.
