    Hello Support Team,

I recently purchased and installed the Woodmart theme from ThemeForest for my e-commerce website. During the installation process, I noticed that the theme upload took an unusually long time and sometimes failed, which is not typical based on my previous experience. After multiple attempts, I was finally able to activate the theme.

However, I am currently facing an issue with the Single Product Page customization.

When I make changes from the theme settings (Woodmart → Single Product settings), such as modifying layout, sections, or features, the changes are not reflected on the frontend. I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

      Cleared all website cache
      Cleared browser cache

Despite this, the frontend remains unchanged.

Could you please help me understand:

Why the changes are not reflecting on the frontend?
If there is any additional step required to apply Single Product settings?
Whether this could be related to server, caching, or theme configuration issues?

    Looking forward to your support.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Yes, this single product page is coming from the custom layout created in the theme builder. Please go to Layouts >> Single Product Tab >> Edit the single Product layout and make changes.

    Please read more details here:
    https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/single-product-page-builder/

If you do not want to use the custom layout and set the Theme Settings changes, then please delete that custom layout from the Layouts section then the theme settings changes will apply on the single product page.

    Best Regards.
