Sorry to say your demo link is in maintenance mode and I am unable to see it. But you can customize your Shop and Category pages in two ways:
Theme Settings
Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop and in the Product archive:
Here you can configure:
– Shop page layout (grid, spacing, sidebar, etc.)
– Category page design (same settings apply globally)
But If you want full control over the design, you can use the Layout Builder and can create Custom Layouts for WooCommerce pages like Shop, Category, Single Product page, Cart and Checkouts. So, you can use that to create your own custom layouts for these pages.
