Woodmart shop page not openning on elementor that’s why I couldn’t change page title backgound image

Hello,
Navigate to Theme Settings > Page title > > upload the background image. These settings will be used for all page titles: https://ibb.co/1Y6SSpgT
Also, if you want to change it only on the shop page, navigate to Pages > edit page > scroll down to Page Settings and check the Page title. https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/options-for-pages/

Thanks for the reply, but I need to tell you that the second option page setting has been moved to the element page setting. Thats why I cannot work properly. The shop page is not opening. Please check properly. See the image.

Edit the page with Elementor > Click on the Page Settings in the Top-left corner you can see the page title settings.

The shop page is not opening in the Elementor page builder; it may be restricted by the WooCommerce plugin. Why did you move the page setting meta to the Elementor page? Please fix it. The shop page is not opening in Elementor.

Functional WooCommerce pages like Shop cannot be edited directly with Elementor—this is a standard WooCommerce restriction to protect core shop functionality from page builder conflicts.
Navigate to Pages > All Pages and find your Shop page > Click Edit (use WordPress default editor, not Elementor) > Scroll to Page Settings (WoodMart meta box below the content editor) and see the page settings.
If the issue remains, share the wp logins details so i will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.
