WOODMART WooCommerce Layered Nav filter with dropdown function not working

    Hello,
    I have WOODMART WooCommerce Layered Nav filter for Product Brands and when I choose dropdown filter is not working. Any other option (list, 2 column list,..) is working fine. Also show more pagination is not working, it works only pagination by numbers. Another thing, I cannot set product brand on the single product page as a text without image. and if there is a possibility to show product brand in the product archive below product title.

    Hello,

    01, 02. Edit the product archive layout and use the “Archive products” widget instead of the products widget, and check how it works.

    03. Navigate to Products > Brand > Remove the thumbnail image, and then it will show only the brand text.

    04. Navigate to Theme Settings > Product Archive > Products Loop and enable the “ Show product brand”.

    Hello,
    01, 02. Edit the product archive layout and use the “Archive products” widget instead of the products widget, and check how it works. – unfortunately, filter by brand still not working

    03. Navigate to Products > Brand > Remove the thumbnail image, and then it will show only the brand text.
    Unfortunately, we have brands page where is title+image so we cannot remove image from brand.
    04. Navigate to Theme Settings > Product Archive > Products Loop and enable the “ Show product brand”.
    Great, it worked!
    Also show more pagination is still not working, it works only pagination by numbers.

    Can you please login to page, we can’t find theme activation to enter purchase code.

    We found another problem, there is no product reviews on the single product page. We tried throught product tab or separate section. Product reviews are enabled in woocommerce settings.

    For layered nav, Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    03. Unfortunately, there is no built-in option to Show image on the brand page and and show only text on the single product page. These settings are not separated by default.

    04. Navigate to Theme Settings > White Label and enable the Theme license page option. Once enabled, you’ll find the license page under Woodmart > Theme License in your dashboard.

    -tried but the problem is that after click load more products there is no more products, only 20 from first page. Pagination by numbers works fine.

    For layered nav, Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
    -tried, only 4 plugins activated (elementor, elementor pro, woodmart core and woocommerce but still not working

    Hello,

    Please all update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.4.1 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the option.

    If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    If the issue still remains, let me know, and I will check and give you a possible solution.

    As I can see, you didnt respond to my question:
    there is no product reviews on the single product page. We tried throught product tab or separate section. Product reviews are enabled in woocommerce settings.

    theme is updated, we tried with deactivated plugins.
    can you please login to admin to check the issue.

    Hello,

    Maybe you are using a custom layout for a single product page, which is built with the WoodMart WooCommerce builder. Simply go to Layouts > edit single product layout and add the product review widget in the layout.

    Yes we add the product review widget but in frontend there is nothing, just empty space 🙁

    I have enabled the option in the “Na koljenima” product and the review section is showing fine. Please check back your site and check the product.
