but not on Cart page, https://sudgame.com/panier/ (https://jmp.sh/YiX3Kx5O) and not on Checkout page, https://sudgame.com/commander/ (https://sudgame.com/commander/)

However, Cart page and Checkout page are checked in Free shipping bar options: https://jmp.sh/MazdACYR

Maybe you are using a custom layout for the cart and checkout page. Navigate to Layouts > Layout to edit cart and checkout layout and add the free shipping bar widget: https://postimg.cc/VSsx2N3M
