change language of wishlist

Goodmorining, how can i change the language of this text to italian? theme language is already italian but this doesn’t change and i can’t edit the text. thanks

Thanks but i already changed the empty wishlist text wich is, as you can see, already in italian, i need to change or translate the empty wishlist title and i can’t change it in that section.

I would rather not touch the automatic translations because i have already implemented custom translations that i will loose if i switch to automatic. I already checked the translation plugin and the sentence i’m trying to translate is not there.
I will give you access to the website. Please do not activate the automatic translations
