    Hi,

    is it possible to have the category page description directly below the page title, align-center?

    is it possible to also have sub-categories listed in a horizontal line with separators below the category page title?

    Hello,

    You can put the category description before or after a product grid http://prntscr.com/kg3qws

    If you want the text to be aligned in the center, you would better create the template in the HTML block and then add the HTML ID into the category description.
