How can I adjust the product category titles on my website to be full width as shown in the attachment and use only one centered h1 tag

You are using Custom WooCommerce Builder layouts, which are part of WooCommerce Builder from WoodMart.
Navigate to Layouts > Edit Product Archive Layout and edit the page title widget and enable the option “Stretch”.

I enabled stretching, but it didn’t achieve full width.

Your issue has been resolved. Edit the layout > edit page title widget and in the advanced tab set the margin and width. Please check back your site and check the issue.
