Why is the basel theme jumping?

    When you scroll down to the bottom of the website, the theme jumps up to newsletter. it cant stay at the bottom of the footer for some reason. Leave it for a few seconds and see for yourself. Please help.

    Hello,

    You have set the automatic switch of WP Bakery page builder tabs that is why the page jumps. This is not the theme issue.
