01. The layout you created under Products Archive > Layouts is not a separate page you can open directly. It is a template, and it automatically applies to your shop/category archive pages based on your conditions.
So you will see it in action on pages like:
– Shop page
– Product category pages
– Product tags pages (depending on your layout conditions)
You can control where it applies from the layout “Conditions” settings.

02. Since you are using category-based archives, the recommended way is:
Navigate to Products > Categories > Edit (Women / Men category) and upload a banner image in the Category page title background option.

This image will automatically be used as the category page banner/background.
Also, make sure:
– Theme Settings > Product Archive > Shop Page Title is enabled
– If you are using a custom layout, ensure the Page Title element is included in that layout.
