noraParticipantI have issues with size charts and 2 other settings. Kindly use the included link to watch the video where I explained the issues. Hope you can understand it and help resolve the issues. Before I made this recording I have tried to check to no avail if I can find solution from what others have posted in the community.

May 13, 2026 at 1:24 pm #718368Hello,
01. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.
02.3. Please share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check this concern on your Site and help you out accordingly.
Best Regards

noraParticipantThanks for your response. Kindly see the requested WordPress Admin login details in the private content field. Besides PayPal and Stripe payment gateways, I have not installed any 3rd party plugins other than the ones that came with Woodmart theme and WordPress by default.
May 13, 2026 at 4:30 pm #718395Hello,
Your login link is not working, it is redirecting to the account page. Can you please share the WP admin login URL in the private area so I can check and give you a possible solution?
Best Regards

noraParticipantMy apology. It did not work because I had disabled the user role at the backend. I have enabled it now so you can get access. Please try logging in again with the same details, it should be fine now because I just checked it out.
May 14, 2026 at 10:31 am #718434Hello,
01. For the Size Guide issue, currently, you are using a custom product tab and adding the size guide content inside that tab. Since the custom tab is applied globally, the same size guide content appears on all products.
If you want to use a dynamic size guide for products, you should use the dedicated WoodMart Size Guide widget instead of a custom tab.
Please navigate to:
Layouts > Edit Single Product Layout > Edit with ElementorThen add the Size Guide widget in your single product layout. This will allow the size guide to work dynamically on products instead of showing the same content globally.
02. Please navigate to:
Layouts > Edit Single Product Layout > Edit with Elementor and edit the custom content in the single product layout.03. You are using Custom WooCommerce Builder layouts, which is part of WooCommerce Builder from WoodMart. Navigate to Layouts > Edit Single Product Layout and add the Product Short Description widget in the layout to show the short description.
Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

noraParticipantThanks for the guidance you provided. I followed your instructions to try to resolve the issues and I can confirm that the short description issue is resolved. The size chart is partially resolved because I encountered a challenge hiding the content of the size chart from visibility until you click on the size chart icon. Because I couldn’t hide it, the chart content takes a lot of space in the front end. I have added a video link in the private section for you to view for clarity and other related issues that need your support.

May 15, 2026 at 1:39 pm #718516Hello,
Try using the WoodMart Size Guide widget, which is designed to work as a pop-up/trigger.
Please check the following:
Edit the Single product layout > Remove the manually added size chart content and add the WoodMart Size Guide widget.
This will make the size chart open on click (a pop-up) instead of showing directly on the page, so it will not take extra space.
Best Regards

noraParticipantThanks again for your time and assistance. The last instructions are not clear to me. I have tried all day without success. I could not find any widget labeled “Woodmart Size Guide.”
Also, the question I asked about only one product being in the single product layout was not answered.
I need a little more clarification to enable me to resolve the issue with the size chart.

May 16, 2026 at 8:38 am #718574Hello,
01. Please use the size guide button widget in the layout:
See Screenshot for better understanding: https://postimg.cc/zy7K9jKJThis will make the size chart open on click (a pop-up) instead of showing directly on the page.
02. For the second issue, could you please elaborate on your concern more with some useful screenshots so that we can better understand and reproduce this on your site and assist you accordingly with what you actually want?
Best Regards

noraParticipantMany thanks. For now the size chat issue been resolved. It seems to be working fine now.
For the second issue, I have attached a screenshot for you to see. What you see on the screenshot is the only single product appearing in the layout section. When I select to edit with Elementor, it is the same product that appears even though there are a few more product names in the section I circled in red. I am not sure though if this is anything to worry about. It was a concern to me when was struggling with fixing the size guide issue.
One more thing! How do I make the size charts that I design with Elementor and added to the template visible instead of the default ones that I am using now? See second attached screenshot.

01. There is nothing to worry about here. I have checked your site, and you are currently using one global Single Product Layout with display conditions assigned to all products.
02. The default WoodMart Size Guide cannot be edited directly with Elementor. However, you can achieve this by following these steps:
Create an HTML Block and design your size chart content with Elementor > Copy the HTML Block shortcode.
Then, navigate to Products > Size Guides > Edit your Size Guide and Remove the default size guide table and paste the HTML Block shortcode into the content area.
This way, your custom Elementor-designed content will appear inside the Size Guide pop-up instead of the default table. https://postimg.cc/r0XTwZrR

noraParticipantHello Aizaz,
Thanks once again for your effort to help resolve my issues. Please watch the link that I added in the private content section to see an update on the issue.

May 19, 2026 at 2:46 pm #718801Hello,
You do not need to copy all the code and it in the size guide . You need to copy the HTML Block shortcode and add it under the size guide title using the shortcode widget.
