    Dear XTemos Support Team,

I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding an issue with the footer and layout on my website.

    Problem Description:
Recently, while designing a new footer using Elementor, I encountered a critical display error. The footer is not appearing correctly; instead, it shows plain text (e.g., “Mục 1”, “Mục 2”, “Mục 3”) and some emojis without any CSS styling or proper layout. Furthermore, the overall interface seems to have lost its previous configuration. I have tried deleting some redundant footer templates in the trash, but the issue persists.

    My Goal:
I would like to restore the website interface to its original state before this incident occurred.
    Request for Guidance:
In addition to fixing the issue, could you please provide a brief explanation or a guide on how to fix this type of error? I would like to learn how to handle this myself should it happen again in the future (e.g., how to properly reset the Footer conditions or regenerate CSS data in your theme).

I have attached some screenshots of the current error for your review.

Looking forward to your prompt response and support.

    Best regards,

    [HAO]

    Hello,

As we can see, you have a wrong prefooter set in Theme Settings -> Prefooter. https://monosnap.ai/file/sLBIToGDfadHgzCZTQvDrGv4ztKtm6
As for the error, we can’t reproduce it on your website. Could you please clarify what steps should we take to see it?

    Kind Regards
