Conflict between Woodmart Custom Gallery and YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards

    Hello,

    I am using the Woodmart theme along with the YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards plugin.

    The issue is that on the Gift Card product pages, the product image/gallery disappears immediately after the page loads. I contacted YITH support and they informed me that Woodmart modifies the WooCommerce default gallery scripts and templates, which prevents their plugin from displaying the gift card preview correctly.

    Since I want to keep the Woodmart gallery for my regular products, how can I completely disable the Woodmart custom gallery and scripts only for the product type ‘gift-card’?

    I need the specific product type to fallback to the default WooCommerce gallery behavior so the YITH plugin can function. Is there a specific hook or a theme setting (per product) to achieve this?

    Hello,

    Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Also, please check the site with our theme but only with the theme default plugins activate, and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site.

    If it works fine with the default WordPress theme then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Thank you for the update. I have checked the product template and everything works perfectly as expected!

    Could you please let me know what the next steps are to deploy these changes to the live site? Alternatively, if there is a specific process I need to follow to push it live myself, please guide me through it.
