May 20, 2026 at 3:29 pm #718931Hello,
01. If COD is not appearing, please check the following:
WooCommerce > Settings > Payments and ensure “Cash on Delivery” is enabled.
Since you mentioned using a code snippet, please temporarily disable it and test again, as it may be overriding WooCommerce payment gateways
02. Please edit the checkout page and define the checkout shortcode in the page:
[woocommerce_checkout]and check how it works.Best Regards

ManosMay 21, 2026 at 8:50 am #718970Hello,
01. Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?
02. You cannot edit these functional pages with Elementor directly. If you want to edit the checkout page with elementor use custom layout our theme for the checkout page.
Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

May 23, 2026 at 10:33 am #719145Hello,
01. I have checked your site, and the cash on delivery is showing fine.
See Screenshot for clarification: https://postimg.cc/CBbp4K6c
02. If you want to edit the checkout page with Elementor. Navigate to Layouts and create a layout for the checkout page. There are some predefined Custom Layouts which you can make use of for the checkout: https://imgbb.com/jyKHSN1
You can read more about the Theme’s Layout Builder here:

ManosJune 8, 2026 at 4:24 pm #720945Hello,
Thank you for the update.
Could you please let me know where and how you have configured the Cash on Delivery fee? Also, kindly share a screenshot of the order details where the fee was expected to be applied but was not.
This will help me better understand the setup and investigate the issue further.
Best Regards

gkotsis.emmanouilParticipantHello,
Thank you for your reply.
Initially, I tried configuring the Cash on Delivery fee through Smart COD for WooCommerce plugin, but the fee was not displayed at all during checkout.
After that, I added the fee through a custom code snippet. With the snippet, the fee appears, but there is a delay of around 2–3 seconds before it is displayed/updated in the checkout totals. Most times it does not display at all. I tried both snippet and COD plugin but nothing seems to work. I also checked a second COD plugin the issue persists
As a result customers are able to place orders before the COD fee is applied, so the final order is submitted without the extra fee.
I will attach screenshots of:
* The custom snippet configuration.
* The checkout where the fee appears with delay.
* An order where the COD fee was expected but was not applied.Could you please check if this is related to the checkout AJAX refresh, theme checkout template, payment gateway hooks, or any conflict affecting the order total calculation?
Best Regards,

gkotsis.emmanouilParticipantHello
Any news on the related screenshots and checks i forwarded to you?
Thanks, ManosJune 13, 2026 at 9:57 am #721456Hello,
We have checked your previous screenshots and the details you shared.
To move forward and properly isolate the issue, we still recommend testing with a default theme (such as Storefront). This will help confirm whether the issue is theme-related or coming from customization or plugin
Best Regards
