    I’m getting 2 errors

    1- An error occurred while processing your order. Please check if any changes have been made to your payment method and review your order history before placing the order again.

    2- A serious issue has occurred on this site. Please check the site administrator’s inbox for instructions. If the problem persists, please try the support forums.

    Hello,

    Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Also, please check the site with our theme but only with the theme default plugins activate, and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site.

    If it works fine with the default WordPress theme then let me know I will further check on your site to give you a possible solution.

    Hello,

    The “An error occurred while processing your order” and “A serious issue has occurred on this site” messages are usually caused by a payment‑gateway misconfiguration or code customization.

    Please try to activate the parent theme on your site and check the issue. If it works fine with the parent theme , then the issue is coming from the customizations inside your child theme. You’ll need to review and adjust the custom code in your child theme so it doesn’t override or conflict with the checkout functionality. I’d recommend checking the modified template files or custom functions added in the child theme and updating them accordingly.

    Also note that troubleshooting and fixing customizations in a child theme fall outside the scope of our support.

    1- I set up the site completely from scratch.
    2- I didn’t install any additional plugins.
    3. I didn’t add any PHP code or anything like that.

    Sorry to say, The login details you provided are not working anymore.

    Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Also, please check the site with our theme but only with the theme default plugins activate, and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site.

    If it works fine with the default WordPress theme then please share some screenshots of the issue with the default theme and WoodMart theme and share valid login details so I can further check on your site and reproduce the issue?

    I’ve solved the problem—thank you so much. I had it set up to use PHP mail instead of SMTP mail.
