hi there,
my site was updated recently and now redux framework does not work with it. if i disable the redux the site works but if i enable it i get a blank screen when i go to my site.
please can you help.

seems ok but there are a few theme features that are not showing anymore. like the slider revolution and other info by We Offer You Peace of Mind Every Step of The Way

hi there, contacted our hosting company and it seems like an issue with the theme and redux framework.after theme updated if we activate the redux fremework, when you go to the site there is just w white screen as the home page

White screen says about some PHP error on the server side. Could you please ask your hosting company to check what kind of error is the logs when you visit the home page? Then, send us your FTP access so we can fix it.

It seems that there is some element in the header builder that breaks the home page. Try to create a new header step by step to see which element causes this.

hi there,
i have noticed 2 other issues since the theme updated… my currency selector that i had at the top right went missing and walso the colour swatches is not showing images for variable products. it only shows drop down list with words, before it showed images as variables.
are you able to fix that or perhaps explain how i go about it? tried to follow the video but it did not work.

Hello,

Seems the widget which the switcher was assigned to has been reset. Please add it again.

As for the swatches: please navigate to Dashboard -> Products -> Attributes -> Color -> Configure iterms, enable swatch as shown http://prntscr.com/jskm29

Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Attribute swatches > choose pa_color (your color attribute) and enable “Use images from product variations”

Make sure each variation in a variable product has an image: http://prntscr.com/kk870w

This option is for attribute terms, not for attributes. Check it in Dashboard -> Products -> Attributes -> Configure terms -> edit term. Check our video tutorial for more information https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TITlJ6Zg0so

1. Navigate to Dashboard > Products > Attributes http://prntscr.com/km1dgx

3. Enter each item http://prntscr.com/km1ers

4. Chech enable swatch option http://prntscr.com/km1lty

i am trying to change the drop down list to show the pictures instead for the different types.

Hello,

These settings will apply for all the products. If you clicking the links and the screenshots do not open, copy-paste they are all workable.

Even if you cannot view the screenshots, follow the steps and configure.

will i need to just edit the colours that are there in the themes or will i need to add each variant as a colour?
for example
c10 gold
c10 silver
c2 gold

or do i just change the current colours that are there and enable the swatch option?

Hello,

Deactivate all the third parties plugin not related to the theme and check again.

if it does not work, switch to the parent theme and provide FTP access.

hi there,
i tried disabling all the plugins except for the woodmart theme and it still did not resolve the issue.
im not too sure where to activate the parent theme though

your help will be greatly appreciated.
