Please address the remaining issues within the agreed timeline. Due to ‘message body space limitations’, I have attached all relevant issues, screenshots, product links in a PDF file for your convenience.
Remaining Issue Numbers (On PDF File): 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, and 27.
We sincerely appreciate your continuous support and assistance. It would be greatly appreciated if the above issues could be resolved within the remaining support period of 7 days. Once the support period expires, we may no longer be able to submit support requests through the current channel.
Please note that our theme support period for issue resolution started on 01 June and is expected to remain active until approximately 08 June at 4:46 PM. Therefore, we kindly request that these issues be addressed within the active support time-frame.
Although we raised these concerns and contacted you well in advance, we did not consistently receive responses to our messages. Instead, we were advised to open new topics and submit the issues there.
Also, please make sure to respond to each point individually. In previous communications, I noticed that several of my comments and messages were overlooked and did not receive a response. A point-by-point reply will help ensure that nothing is missed and that all issues are properly addressed.

20. Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails and scroll to “Customer new account”. Make sure it’s enabled and correctly configured.
WooCommerce only sends the “Customer new account” email when an account is created.

25, 27. You have only one product in this category that is why it is not showing. Try to add more products with different prices, then it will show.

29. I think there may be some misunderstanding. Please visit my website and check the issue directly. On many of my single product pages, the Price Filter option is displayed, but on many other product pages it is not displayed. Similarly, on many products the brand name appears on the left side, while on many other products the brand name does not appear at all.

I configured this section according to your instructions. However, it is still not working as expected based on the requirements I described earlier.

This message should only appear when the order value meets the specified free-shipping threshold, not for every order. Please review the screenshot and fix the issue.

30. Following your recommendation, I updated (WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.5.1 RELEASED) the website, but the theme is still not upgrading from version 7.0 to 8.5.1.
The update process does not complete successfully, and the site remains on version 7.0.
Please check the issue on your end and fix it. Also, let me know what is preventing the update and whether any additional steps are required. See the SS.

28. Yes — updating the WoodMart theme will not remove your theme settings, design, images, or content.
All options stored in the WordPress database will remain safe. However, if you have made changes in theme files directly, those should be placed in a child theme to avoid being overwritten.
29. Please add more products with prices in the category, then it will show.

Most of them do not match the current design and functionality of the website, making it difficult to follow your instructions accurately. See the SS(s).
20. Registration and Password Reset Issue:
I followed the steps exactly as you described. Please test this yourself using a valid email address. The website displays a message indicating that a password reset email has been sent successfully; however, the email is not actually being delivered. Please investigate and resolve this issue.21. Sliders on the Mobile Version:
After we reported this issue, you informed us that the slider is working correctly on the mobile version. However, after testing it ourselves, we found that although the slider is visible, it does not automatically rotate or change slides as expected. Please investigate this issue and fix it.22. Shipping Charge Issue:
We have configured three shipping options along with the order subtotal. For example, we have set the free shipping qualification threshold at BDT 985. However, we have noticed that even when an order qualifies for free shipping, a shipping charge is still being added to the total. Some documentation screenshots may differ slightly due to recent theme updates, but the settings and workflow remain the same. If anything does not match your version, please share the current screenshot, and we will guide you according to your setup.
20. Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty-Five or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?
21. We have checked your site and the slider autoplay is working correctly.
Currently, the Autoplay Speed is set to 25000ms (25 seconds), so the slide changes after a long delay, which may look like it is not moving automatically.
Please go to:
Sliders > Edit Slider > Autoplay Settings

Therefore, disabling them permanently is not an acceptable solution.If you believe a plugin conflict exists, you may temporarily disable the plugins for diagnostic purposes and determine the exact source of the issue. However, based on our extensive testing, the problem appears to be related to your theme, as we have been unable to resolve it despite repeated efforts.
At this stage, it feels as though I am being asked to perform extensive unpaid testing and troubleshooting on behalf of your development team. Since this is your commercial product, providing technical support and resolving defects is both a professional obligation and a moral responsibility toward your customers. I expect a genuine solution rather than a series of tasks that transfer your support workload to the client.
31. WooCommerce Order Printing with Tracking Number:
If there is no built-in option within the theme settings to print order invoices, how am I expected to generate invoices for customer orders?Invoice printing is a fundamental requirement for any eCommerce business and should not be overlooked. If this functionality is not available within the theme, please recommend a reliable and well-supported third-party plugin that can handle order invoice generation and printing efficiently.

20, 22. In general, this functionality is related to WooCommerce, so could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?
23, 24, 26. To investigate this properly without affecting your live website. Please try to create a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins, thus such changes will affect the main site. Also, share the WP login details of the staging site so I can further check on your staging site and troubleshoot the issue.

31. Unfortunately, there is no such option by default in WoodMart and WooCommerce. You need to find a third-party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you. We have not tested these plugins with Woodmart in this regard.

20. We understand your concern, however the registration and password reset process is handled by WooCommerce core, not the Woodmart theme. Because of this, the issue is most likely related to WooCommerce settings, email configuration, or a plugin conflict rather than the theme itself.
We recommend checking WooCommerce email settings or testing with only WooCommerce active to identify the cause.
21. We understand your concern, however proper conflict testing with a default theme is the standard WordPress troubleshooting method to isolate whether the issue is theme or plugin/core related. Without this step, it’s not possible to confirm that the issue is caused by the Woodmart theme.
23, 24, 26.Try to increase the “PHP Max Input Vars” parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration and check how it works.
You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase this value for your website.
From our checks, this behavior is related to WooCommerce/core functionality rather than the theme.
31. Invoice generation/printing is not part of theme functionality, For invoices, WooCommerce provides order data, and you can easily add this feature using a plugin:

The issue is that I have been trying to explain the same thing to you in different ways multiple times, but you keep giving me the same automated response. Why don’t you check it yourself?
If products are visible in other categories on my homepage but not in this particular section, then the most likely reason is an issue with your theme. Previously, you told me that updating the theme would resolve the problem. However, even after updating the theme, the issue still has not been fixed.
Please investigate this yourself and check what is causing the problem. Resolving this should only take you a few minutes. At the same time, I have already spent a significant amount of time dealing with issues related to this theme, and it is becoming increasingly frustrating.
