I’m experiencing a critical issue with my WordPress website and would appreciate your assistance.
Theme:
WoodMart (Child Theme)
Plugins:
Elementor
WoodMart Core
XTemos Post Types
WooCommerce
Background:
The website was installed through Hostinger. After installation, the website was working correctly for several days.
Issue:
The website suddenly stopped loading.
Symptoms:
Frontend homepage returns a blank white screen for visitors.
When logged into WordPress admin, pages load as blank pages.
Elementor cannot load page previews and displays “The preview could not be loaded.”
This has happened before. On a previous occurrence, I found that several plugins had become deactivated automatically. Re-activating them temporarily restored the site. This time, all required plugins are active but the issue remains.
Checks Already Performed:
WordPress Address and Site Address are both set correctly to:
https://rinatomdf.com
Homepage is correctly assigned to “Home Parallax” under Settings → Reading.
Permalinks have been re-saved.
wp-config.php database credentials appear correct.
.htaccess appears to contain standard WordPress rewrite rules.
Debug Log Messages:
I am seeing the following warnings/notices:
Elementor frontend dependency not registered:
“elementor-post-xxxx was enqueued with dependencies that are not registered: elementor-frontend”
WoodMart setup wizard warnings:
“Undefined array key ‘elementor'”
“/wp-content/themes/woodmart/inc/admin/modules/setup-wizard/class-install-plugins.php”
Product post type not registered:
“The post type ‘product’ is not registered”
These messages make me suspect that Elementor, WoodMart Core, WooCommerce, or the theme integration may not be loading correctly on the frontend.
Additional Information:
wp-admin remains accessible.
The Home Parallax page still exists and is published.
Attempting to edit the homepage with Elementor results in a preview loading error.
The issue affects the entire site frontend.
Could you please advise what component is failing to load and what steps I should take to restore the site?
