It appears that you are using Elementor with the imported demo content. Based on your screenshot, it looks like you may be trying to edit the My Account page with Elementor. Please note that WooCommerce functional pages such as My Account, Cart, and Checkout cannot be edited directly with Elementor in the same way as regular content pages, which is why you may see the “Content area was not found” message.
Also, the video you shared is based on a Gutenberg setup, while your imported demo content is using Elementor, so the editing experience will be different.
Please try editing the Home page with Elementor and check whether the changes are applied correctly. If Elementor works on the Home page, then the issue is limited to WooCommerce functional pages rather than the entire website.
If the problem persists on all pages, please share your WP-Admin login details in the Private Content field, and I will check the issue further on your site.
