designfrenzy.nlParticipantOn the single product page when I click on ‘enlarge’, the images in the popup are shown double. How to fix this?
See link, I have uploaded 2 images but it is showing 4.June 27, 2026 at 10:19 am #722554Hello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I can check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards

designfrenzy.nlParticipantI deactivated all plugins and checked again but the issue isn’t solved.
June 29, 2026 at 8:45 am #722632Hello,
I checked your website and noticed that you are using a single product page layout. The issue appears to be caused by the Image Gallery widget being used twice within the same layout.
Please use the same Image Gallery widget for both the desktop and mobile layouts instead of adding it twice, and then check whether the issue is resolved.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact us.
Best regards,

designfrenzy.nlParticipantHi,
Removing one of the gallery widgets solved the issue with double images but this is not a suitable solution since I want different type of galleries on desktop and mobile. I also tried to set different gallery settings through theme settings/settings preset > is mobile device and set the gallery layout to ‘inherit from theme settings’ in the single product page layout but that also does not work. There must be a way to use different gallery types for different devices without issues.Attachments:

Thank you for the clarification.
Using multiple Image Gallery widgets within the same Single Product Layout can cause duplicated images in the popup gallery.
It is possible to use different gallery layouts for desktop and mobile devices through Theme Settings > Settings Presets. However, this approach works only with the default single product layout.
When using a custom Single Product Layout created with the Layout Builder, gallery settings and device-based presets are not applied separately, which is why you are experiencing this issue.

designfrenzy.nlParticipantOk, so what is the solution for my situation?
June 30, 2026 at 3:27 pm #722765Hello,
Unfortunately, there is no built-in solution for this scenario at the moment.
Different gallery layouts for desktop and mobile devices are supported only when using the default single product layout together with Theme Settings > Settings Presets.
As a workaround, you can use the default single product layout and configure different gallery types through Settings Presets for desktop and mobile devices.
Or If you want to use a custom layout Use a single Image Gallery widget within your custom layout.
Best Regards
