fd.shazainParticipantHi, please check and fix these few things.
June 29, 2026 at 9:27 am #722638Hello,
At the moment, our theme doesn’t provide a REST endpoint for this. However, we’ll treat this as a feature request and consider adding it in one of our upcoming updates.
Best Regards.

fd.shazainParticipantHi there, could you please investigate why the quick-view size thumbnails are taking so long to load?

I have checked your website, and I could not reproduce the issue.
When I select a color attribute, the size options appear almost instantly and do not take a long time to load.
See Screenshot for clarification: https://postimg.cc/sMZcH2ZbPlease try to clear all types of cache and double-check the issue.

01, 2. Edit the Cart/Checkout pages via Dashboard -> Pages and add the
[woocommerce_cart]and[woocommerce_checkout]shortcodes there and check how it works. https://postimg.cc/3yyVtnqd03. I checked your header settings and noticed that the wallet icons are added using the Button element in Header Builder, and the image size is set manually to 42x32px.
When the available header space becomes smaller on different desktop resolutions, the button element scales down, causing the image to appear too small.
Please try the following:
Edit the Button element in WoodMart > Header Builder
Remove the fixed image dimensions and upload the wallet icon with a higher-resolution image (for example,
84x64pxor larger). Also, For this type of content, we recommend using the Info Box element in the Header Builder instead. It provides better control for icons/images and will keep the content properly aligned across different desktop resolutions.
Please try replacing the Button element with the Info Box element and upload your wallet icons there.
04. The Patcher notification is not a separate notification system. When a new patch is available for WoodMart, it will appear inside WoodMart > Patcher
You can check this section periodically to see if any patches are available for your current theme version. Currently, there is no automatic notification popup/email for new Patcher updates.
Best Regards

fd.shazainParticipantYes, the shortcodes for Checkout are already available. Please resolve the issue.

I investigated the issue and found that it is related to your Cart and Checkout layouts. These custom layouts appear to be causing the pages to display incorrectly.
Please try the following:
1. Edit the Cart and Checkout layouts with Elementor and check if there are any elements causing the issue.
2. If everything looks correct, temporarily deactivate all plugins except the required ones (WoodMart Core, WooCommerce, and Elementor) and check if the issue persists.
3. If the issue still exists, create a new Cart/Checkout layout for testing and check whether it works correctly.
If the issue persists after these steps, please let me know, and I will investigate it further.

fd.shazainParticipantA few additional issues need to be addressed along with the previous email.
August 17, 2026 at 11:40 am #727011Hello,
01. I have checked your site and changed the quantity in the mini cart, and the correct current showing.
See Screenshot for clarification: https://postimg.cc/ppSNB1jk
Please clear all types of cache and double-check the issue. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
02. I have checked and searched the product and clicked on any product from the dropdown and it is redirected fine on the product page.
03. I checked the report, and most of the listed resources are relatively small. The main issue is the number of CSS/JS files being loaded, rather than their total size.
I recommend checking the following:
– Disable unnecessary Elementor/Gutenberg styles.
– Make sure Google Fonts are not being loaded twice by WoodMart and Elementor.
– Remove unnecessary Font Awesome/icons where possible.
– With LiteSpeed Cache, optimize CSS/JS gradually and test after each change rather than combining everything immediately. For more details, follow this Guide:
