Hello,
The problem occurs because your current header row is likely set to “Equal right and left columns”. When the cart value increases on the right side, WoodMart forces the left column to expand to an equal width to keep the center column perfectly centered. This expansion squeezes the middle column and forces your left-aligned button to break into two lines.
Navigate to WoodMart > Header builder > Configure main header row and in the row switch layout Switch it from Equal right and left columns to Flexible middle column.

You need to edit your My Account element in the right column and change its design display setting from Icon only. This keeps the column very small.
Or give the Search Bar a Fixed Width: Edit your Search element in the middle column and set a custom width restriction so it refuses to be squished.
