    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    These texts should be translated in WooCommerce plugin translations files.

    It’is from woodmart core.
    I’ve made changes directly in file
    /wp-content/plugins/woodmart-core/inc/auth.php
    and I’ve received translated phrase

    Try to switch to parent theme and check how it works again. Also, click on “Sync” button in Loco Translate to be able to translate those words in our theme.

    OK, now works good on parent theme and on child theme.
    What did you changed?
    I have to do the same on my production website…

    We didn’t change anything. It seems that you added some PHP code to the child theme that breaks this functionality.

    Try to remove all your codes part by part to see which one causes this problem.
