Product loop CSS and rating stars not updating on live site

    Hi support team,

    I am using the WoodMart theme on my WooCommerce store. I am facing a persistent issue where my product grid customizations—specifically the border-radius on product images and the rating stars display—are working perfectly on my local site, but they refuse to show on my live production site.

    I have already tried:
    – Reinstalling the fresh WoodMart theme package.
    – Exporting and importing the Theme Settings JSON.
    – Clearing server cache, security plugins, and WP Rocket entirely.

    The database updates correctly (e.g., product prices change), but the CSS layout for the archive/loop seems stuck.

    Could you please advise what might be causing this discrepancy? Thank you!

    Additional note: Along with the CSS layout issues, the product rating stars are completely hidden on the shop/archive pages on the live site, even though they are enabled in Theme Settings and visible in the database. Could this be related to a specific product loop preset or cache issue?

    Thank you for the detailed information.

    I have checked your website, and the border-radius on the product images is working correctly. The rounded corners are controlled by Theme Settings > Styles & Colors > Rounding. I tested this option, and changing the rounding value affects the product images as expected, so this part appears to be functioning properly.

    Regarding the product reviews, I enabled the following options under Theme Settings >Product Archive > Products Loop:

    – Show reviews count
    – Show empty star rating

    The review count is displayed correctly in the product grid. However, the empty star rating is still not appearing.

    To investigate this issue, please temporarily deactivate all third-party plugins that are not related to the theme (keeping only the required plugins such as WoodMart Core, WooCommerce, and Elementor active) and check whether the issue persists.

    If the empty star rating is still not displayed after disabling the third-party plugins, please let us know. I will investigate the issue further and assist you with the next steps.
