You have selected a Custom Header “Header Flower” under Theme Settings > Single Product > Custom Header for Single Product Page; that is why the custom header is showing on the live product page instead of the default one.

Therefore, the difference between the Elementor editor preview and the frontend You need to disable your custom header then the default header (Header Flowers Overlap) will be shown on a live single product page.
