I have checked both links. The staging site appears to have some layout issues, and the image hotspot elements are not loading/displaying correctly there.
I have tested the same Image Hotspot element with the latest WoodMart version on our test installation, and it is working correctly. This means the issue does not appear to be related to the latest WoodMart update itself.
Please temporarily disable plugins that are not related to the theme, clear all caches and check if the issue still occurs.
If the issue remains after this test, please share your WordPress admin login details via private and we will investigate it further on your website
