Hi,

I want to make a attribute like the same as (Brand) and let the option appear on product page under or above Brand attribute? How can I do it best?

Hello,

Navigate to Dashboard -> Products -> Attributes -> Brand -> Configure terms;
enable swatch as shown http://prntscr.com/jskm29

In result, you will get attributes like this: http://prntscr.com/jskmfn

Sorry, but there is no such additional option for delivery time in our theme and WooCommerce plugin. It may require additional code customization to achieve that.
