Hello,
We have identified reproducible PHP warnings generated by the WoodMart Elementor “Image Hotspot” element.
Environment:
– Website: marketsanayi.com
– WoodMart: 8.5.7
– WoodMart Core: 1.1.8
– WordPress: 7.0.2
– WooCommerce: 10.9.4
– Elementor / Elementor Pro: 4.2.1
– PHP: 8.3.31
– Web server: LiteSpeed
Affected file:
wp-content/themes/woodmart/inc/integrations/elementor/elements/class-image-hotspot.php
Warnings:
PHP Warning: Undefined array key “class” on line 653
PHP Warning: Undefined array key “attributes” on line 653
PHP Warning: Undefined variable $image_output on line 660
The warnings are reproducible both:
1. When opening the page in the Elementor editor.
2. During a normal uncached frontend homepage request.
The Image Hotspot section contained 7 media items in total:
– 4 image items
– 3 video items with fallback images
Each page render generated:
– 1 warning for the “class” array key
– 1 warning for the “attributes” array key
– 7 warnings for the undefined $image_output variable
The frontend section and hotspot popups were visually working, and there was no fatal error. However, every uncached render generated these PHP warnings.
We have temporarily removed the section from the homepage and saved it as an Elementor template until an official fix is available.
Could you please:
1. Confirm whether this is a known WoodMart Image Hotspot bug.
2. Provide an official update-safe patch or corrected class-image-hotspot.php file.
3. Confirm whether the fix will be included in the next WoodMart update.
4. Check specifically the video/fallback-image rendering path where $image_output may not be initialized.
We do not want to modify the WoodMart parent theme file manually because the modification would be overwritten by future theme updates.
Thank you.
