Now, regarding your request, A staging environment is generally a copy/clone of your current live website, not just the customizations or child theme.

It can include the website files, themes/plugins, media, database, products, settings, and other database changes that exist on the live website at the time the staging copy is created.

Therefore, if you create the staging site after your current customizations and database changes have been made, those changes will normally also be available on the staging site.

The staging site works as a separate copy, so you can safely test different WoodMart demos, pages, headers, and settings there without affecting the live website.

Once you have finalized the required design, you can apply or export the necessary changes to the live website.
