WPBakery Issues After the Latest Update and Missing Icons

    Hello,

    We are experiencing some issues with WPBakery following the latest update released in the past few days.

    Interestingly, we are not experiencing any of these problems on our test website, where we initially performed all the updates. Everything seems to be working correctly there.

    However, on our main website, WPBakery is having issues when we try to open the settings of certain elements, such as the Message Box element.

    Additionally, some icons are no longer displayed correctly on the main website.

    I have attached screenshots showing the affected page on the main website, where the icons are missing, as well as the exact same page on our test website, where the icons are displayed correctly.

    Both the test and main websites have all the latest updates installed, so we are not sure what is causing the difference in behavior.

    Could you please investigate these issues and advise us on how we can resolve them?

    Hello,

    I have found that you are still using 27 Active 3rd party plugins on the site. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Hi,

    On test website we have the same plugins active and wp bakery is working fine…
    we can’t keep our 3rd party plugins deactiveted until u solve the problem, we have a lots of visitors.. and we need the plugins.

    Let find a way to solve this pls

    Hello,

    I see you are using the WP Form plugin and the icon is not visible. Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Also, please check the site with our theme but only with the theme’s default plugins activated, and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site.

    If it works fine with the default WordPress theme, then let me know, and I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the clarification. We understand that the test website is working correctly with the same theme, plugins, and updates.

    However, since the issue appears to be related to an element provided by a plugin, we need to first determine whether it is related to the WoodMart theme or the plugin itself.

    Please temporarily activate a default WordPress theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Five and check the issue. If the issue also occurs with the default theme, this will confirm that the problem is coming from the plugin rather than WoodMart.

    Once you have checked this, please let us know the result and we can proceed with the next step.
