bala_vladParticipantHello,
We are experiencing some issues with WPBakery following the latest update released in the past few days.
Interestingly, we are not experiencing any of these problems on our test website, where we initially performed all the updates. Everything seems to be working correctly there.
However, on our main website, WPBakery is having issues when we try to open the settings of certain elements, such as the Message Box element.
Additionally, some icons are no longer displayed correctly on the main website.
I have attached screenshots showing the affected page on the main website, where the icons are missing, as well as the exact same page on our test website, where the icons are displayed correctly.
Both the test and main websites have all the latest updates installed, so we are not sure what is causing the difference in behavior.
Could you please investigate these issues and advise us on how we can resolve them?
Thank you!

August 24, 2026 at 4:29 pm #727600Hello,
I have found that you are still using 27 Active 3rd party plugins on the site. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards.

bala_vladParticipantHi,

we can’t keep our 3rd party plugins deactiveted until u solve the problem, we have a lots of visitors.. and we need the plugins.Let find a way to solve this pls
Thank youu!
August 26, 2026 at 12:28 pm #727671Hello,
I see you are using the WP Form plugin and the icon is not visible. Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Also, please check the site with our theme but only with the theme’s default plugins activated, and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site.
If it works fine with the default WordPress theme, then let me know, and I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards

bala_vladParticipantHi there,
on our test website, like i said, its working properly
There we have the same theme and same updates. Can you check pls?
Tahnk youu!
August 27, 2026 at 9:44 am #727698Hello,
Thank you for the clarification. We understand that the test website is working correctly with the same theme, plugins, and updates.
However, since the issue appears to be related to an element provided by a plugin, we need to first determine whether it is related to the WoodMart theme or the plugin itself.
Please temporarily activate a default WordPress theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Five and check the issue. If the issue also occurs with the default theme, this will confirm that the problem is coming from the plugin rather than WoodMart.
Once you have checked this, please let us know the result and we can proceed with the next step.
Best Regards

bala_vladParticipantHello,
We temporarily activated the default Twenty Twenty-Five theme as requested.
After activating it, WPBakery appears as shown in the attached screenshot, and the same issue with WPBakery still occurs.
Therefore, the issue does not seem to be specific to the WoodMart theme, since we can reproduce the same behavior while using the default Twenty Twenty-Five theme.
Please check the attached screenshot and let us know how we should proceed.
Thank you!

Thank you for testing the issue with the default Twenty Twenty-Five theme.
Since the same WPBakery issue occurs even with the default WordPress theme active, this confirms that the issue is not caused by the WoodMart theme.
I have checked your site, but I’m currently unable to reproduce this issue. I have edited the pages and tested the elements, but I do not see the reported error.
Could you please share a short video showing the exact steps to reproduce the issue on your site? This will help us understand the problem and investigate it further.
Best Regards.

bala_vladParticipantHello,
It is possible that the issue is related to the latest WordPress update, although it is quite strange that when we clone the main website to a test subdomain, WPBakery works without any issues there. Please note that Cloudflare is not enabled on the test subdomain either.
We will make some changes and run additional tests later today, outside our peak traffic hours, to avoid affecting the live website.
I will get back to you once we have completed the tests and have more information.
Thank you!
September 2, 2026 at 2:45 pm #728074Hello,
Thank you for the update. Please proceed with your additional tests and let us know the results once completed.
If you are still unable to identify the cause, please record a short video showing the exact steps to reproduce the issue on your site and share it with us. This will help us investigate the issue further.
Best Regards

bala_vladParticipantHello,
We have managed to resolve the issue.
After further investigation, we found that the problem was related to the Apache configuration files. Some configuration changes had previously been made while we were trying to address the server load spikes, and these changes were causing the issue.
We have now corrected the Apache configuration, and everything appears to be working properly again.
Thank you for your assistance and support throughout the troubleshooting process!
