plantbridgeafricaParticipantHello WoodMart Support,
I made my theme purchase yesterday. My WoodMart main navigation is displaying vertically instead of horizontally.
I did not intentionally change the menu or Header Builder settings. The navigation was originally horizontal like the WoodMart demo, but it suddenly changed to a vertical layout.
I have checked the Header Builder and confirmed:
* Main Menu element: Main menu
* Menu Style: Default
* Alignment: Left
* Header Bottom: 3 columns
* Main Menu: Middle columnI also tried reinstalling the WoodMart theme, but the problem remains.
The menu is still vertical when viewed in an Incognito/Private browser window.
Please investigate why the Main Menu is being rendered vertically instead of horizontally.

Thank you.

August 29, 2026 at 3:00 pm #727796Hello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards

plantbridgeafricaParticipantI have found the plugin causing the issue, it’s weDoc (A documentation plugin for WordPress)

plantbridgeafricaParticipantI don’t know where the plugin came from; maybe it came with the WP installation. Now the error is gone. Hurray!!
