I am experiencing an issue where the mobile menu and the mobile bottom toolbar are not working or appearing on live mobile devices for my website (novacomputerservices.es).
The mobile menu works properly on desktop when scaling down the browser window or using Chrome DevTools device mode, but it fails to load or open on actual mobile phones.
Here are the troubleshooting steps I have already completed:
Header Builder: Confirmed that the “Mobile menu” element is properly added to the Mobile Header layout in Woodmart Header Builder.
Menu Assignments: Created and assigned dedicated WordPress menus to both the “Primary Menu” and “Mobile Side Menu” locations.
Theme Settings: Enabled the “Mobile Bottom Toolbar” in Theme Settings > Header > Mobile Bottom Toolbar.
Caching & JS Optimizations:
Tested disabling JS deferral/delay and script combination in SG Speed Optimizer.
Excluded Woodmart core scripts (such as helpers.min.js, mobileNavigation.min.js, and clickOnElements.min.js) from render-blocking JS delays.
Flushed SiteGround’s Dynamic Cache and Memcached, and tested on mobile devices in Incognito mode / mobile network.
Despite these steps, the menu remains unresponsive on mobile screens.
Could you please advise if there is a known script conflict or specific setting within Woodmart that might be preventing the mobile navigation scripts from firing on real mobile viewports?
