    Good day,
I recently installed the WoodMart theme on capegifts.co.za and have since been experiencing frequent 503 Service Unavailable errors while browsing the website and working in the WordPress admin area.
I understand from your support forum that similar issues can occur when running WoodMart alongside Elementor and WooCommerce.

Could you please advise on the minimum and recommended server specifications for reliably running this setup?
My hosting provider reviewed the latest error logs and confirmed that the current PHP memory limit being exhausted:

[08-Sep-2026 16:07:30 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /home/capegifts/public_html/wp-content/themes/woodmart/inc/integrations/gutenberg/inc/class-block-attributes.php on line 54

[08-Sep-2026 16:14:39 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /home/capegifts/public_html/wp-content/themes/woodmart/inc/integrations/gutenberg/inc/class-block-attributes.php on line 54
    Please let me know:
    – The minimum and recommended PHP memory limits
    – The recommended PHP version and configuration
    – The suggested CPU and RAM allocation
    – Whether any WoodMart, Elementor or Gutenberg settings should be adjusted
    – Whether these errors indicate a known compatibility issue
    Thank you for your assistance.

    Hello,

Thank you for providing the detailed error logs.

Based on the errors you shared, the immediate issue is that the PHP memory limit is currently set to 128 MB.

Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted

We recommend increasing the PHP memory limit to 512 MB and after increasing the PHP memory limit, please clear all website/server caches and check whether the 503 errors still occur.

    Best Regards
