Hello,
I’m trying to activate my WoodMart license on a new staging/development site and I’m running into an inconsistency between my account and the activation server.

Theme: WoodMart – Multipurpose WooCommerce Theme, v8.5.7
What happened:
1. My purchase code previously had one Development activation registered against a temporary hosting hostname (not my real domain) – something like e2qw5qlq.srv-200-9-22-2.webserverhost.top
2. I deactivated that domain from My Account -> Your purchase codes -> Deactivate. After that, the “Domains activated” section disappeared completely and my account now shows zero active domains for this purchase code.
3. I then tried to activate the license on my new WordPress install (WoodMart Theme License screen), entering the same purchase code.
4. The activation failed with this exact error: “Sorry, this key is already in the database. Registered for email *******ascovich@gmail.com”
So my account dashboard shows the license as fully free (no domains activated), but the backend activation server still thinks the key is registered somewhere, and blocks the new activation. WordPress shows “NOT ACTIVATED”.
Could you please check/clear the activation record for this purchase code on your backend so I can activate it as a Development domain on my new site? I have not tried activating again and will wait for your confirmation before trying. My site link and purchase code are in the private field below.
