    Dear XTemos Support Team,

    I am experiencing an issue with the footer on the Farmacia Beltrame website and I would like to ask for your assistance in analysing it.

    The footer is displayed and works correctly on the Home Page, while on the subpages, particularly on the Shop/Catalog page, some footer elements are not loading correctly.

    I have attached two screenshots showing the two different situations. I would kindly ask you to analyse the attachments and compare them.

    In the screenshot showing the subpage, the browser Console displays several 404 – Not Found errors related to the image files used for the footer icons. For example, the browser is trying to load files for the telephone, WhatsApp and email icons, but these files cannot be found.

    In the screenshot showing the Home Page, however, these 404 errors related to the footer icons are not present.

    The difference therefore appears quite clear: the same footer works correctly on the Home Page, but when it is loaded on the subpages, requests are made for files that return a 404 error.

    Could you please check:

    why the footer icons load correctly on the Home Page;
    why the subpages are requesting files that return a 404 error;
    whether the issue is related to the image paths/URLs;
    whether there is any difference in the way assets are loaded between the Home Page and the subpages;
    whether the issue could be related to the theme, footer template, WoodMart, or a specific configuration of the Shop/Catalog pages.

    I would also appreciate it if you could compare the browser Console on the Home Page with the Console on the affected subpage, as shown in the attached screenshots, in order to identify the source of the difference.

    The goal is to have the footer load correctly and consistently across all pages of the website, without missing resources or console errors.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Kind regards,
    Manuel Curatolo
