    Dear XTemos Support Team,

    I am experiencing an issue with the footer on the Farmacia Beltrame website and I would like to ask for your assistance in analysing it.

    The footer is displayed and works correctly on the Home Page, while on the subpages, particularly on the Shop/Catalog page, some footer elements are not loading correctly.

    I have attached two screenshots showing the two different situations. I would kindly ask you to analyse the attachments and compare them.

    In the screenshot showing the subpage, the browser Console displays several 404 – Not Found errors related to the image files used for the footer icons. For example, the browser is trying to load files for the telephone, WhatsApp and email icons, but these files cannot be found.

    In the screenshot showing the Home Page, however, these 404 errors related to the footer icons are not present.

    The difference therefore appears quite clear: the same footer works correctly on the Home Page, but when it is loaded on the subpages, requests are made for files that return a 404 error.

    Could you please check:

    why the footer icons load correctly on the Home Page;
    why the subpages are requesting files that return a 404 error;
    whether the issue is related to the image paths/URLs;
    whether there is any difference in the way assets are loaded between the Home Page and the subpages;
    whether the issue could be related to the theme, footer template, WoodMart, or a specific configuration of the Shop/Catalog pages.

    I would also appreciate it if you could compare the browser Console on the Home Page with the Console on the affected subpage, as shown in the attached screenshots, in order to identify the source of the difference.

    The goal is to have the footer load correctly and consistently across all pages of the website, without missing resources or console errors.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Kind regards,
    Manuel Curatolo

    Hello,

    I have checked the issue on your website and found that the footer icons are being added through a WPBakery Text Block. The image URLs inside this content are using a relative path, for example:

    ../wp-content/uploads/2026/09/email-icon-b-300x300.gif

    This causes the browser to resolve the image path incorrectly on the Shop and other subpages, resulting in the 404 errors. This also explains why the icons can work correctly on the Home Page.

    I also noticed that when editing this particular Text Block, its WPBakery editing options are not loading correctly, while other WPBakery elements such as Rows and Columns can be edited normally.

    Please try creating a new WPBakery Text Block in the same footer area and add the icon/content again using the correct image URL. Then check whether the new Text Block can be edited normally and whether the icon loads correctly on the Shop page.

    If the new Text Block works correctly, the existing Text Block may contain problematic or incorrectly formatted content, including the relative image URL.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

    thank you for your explanation.

    I have already tried the solution you suggested. I created new WPBakery Text Blocks completely from scratch, several times, in the same footer area.

    However, the problem still occurs.

    As soon as I save the page and then reopen it, the Text Block seems to return to the incorrect settings/configuration. As a result, the icons are not displayed correctly.

    There is also another issue: when I go back to the backend to edit the page, the Text Block itself is no longer displayed correctly in WPBakery, so I cannot properly open and edit its content or settings.

    I have repeated the operation several times, creating the Text Block from scratch each time, but after saving and reopening the page, the problem comes back again.

    This makes me think that the issue may not be limited to the content or the relative image URLs inside the original Text Block. It seems that something is causing WPBakery to restore or generate the incorrect configuration when the page is saved.

    Could you please check this behavior and let me know what could be causing the Text Block settings to be automatically changed or corrupted after saving?

    If necessary, I can also provide screenshots or a screen recording showing the steps and what happens after saving and reopening the page.

    Best Regards,

    Manuel
