Hello WoodMart support team,
This is urgent – it is a live shop.
Our server memory has always been limited to 256M and never caused any problems until today. After updating the plugin/theme versions today, we first got a critical error. We fixed that, but now the whole site layout is broken and shifted.
On top of that, the Elementor editor only manages to open small/simple pages – on larger pages it fails (hits the 256M memory limit).
Setup:
– WoodMart 8.5.7 + child theme
– Elementor 4.2.3 / Elementor Pro 4.2.3
– WooCommerce, WordPress 7.1, PHP 8.2
– Host Europe (shared), memory_limit fixed at 256M, cannot be raised on our side
Could you please log in with the admin access in the private field and fix the layout, and advise how to keep the site/editor working within the 256M limit? Since this is a live shop, a fast response would be highly appreciated.
Or is there any other problem with the site/layout?
