    Hello,

    Your site is under maintenance, we cannot view the problem.

    Please deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and provide admin access and FTP.

    In order to distinguish which plugins relate to the theme and which do not, deactivate them all and then navigate to Appearance > Install plugins and activate all in the list.

    I have checked the site and see that everything works well in menu http://prntscr.com/kjcnjt

    Your menu goes in to two lines cause it has a lot of items, consider using mega menu
