    Site: rawpetfood.es
    Theme: WoodMart v8.6.0
Relevant plugins: WPML Multilingual CMS 4.9.7, Contact Form 7

    Issue:
We have a WoodMart Popup named “Contact Pets” that is registered as translatable through WPML (English source plus a Spanish translation). Both language versions show identical block content in the editor, including the same “Default” value under the popup Design setting.

On the live site the two language versions render differently:
    – English version opens as a right-hand slide-in panel
    – Spanish version opens as a centered modal box

The menu item that triggers the popup on the English side has a CSS class “open-contacts-right” applied to it under Appearance > Menus.

    Questions:
    1. Where is a popup’s display type (centered modal vs slide-in panel) and position actually controlled? Is it a setting on the popup post itself, something driven by a CSS class on the trigger element, or a theme-wide setting that could differ per language?
    2. Is there a known issue where WPML’s translation of a WoodMart Popup does not carry over the display type or position, so each language ends up rendering with a different default?
    3. What is the correct way to make both language triggers open the exact same popup with the same display type and position?

Happy to provide admin access or further screenshots if useful.
