This could be a conflict with another plugin. To check, please deactivate everything except:
– WoodMart Core
– WooCommerce
– WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
If the problem goes away, turn the others back on one at a time. The one that brings it back is your culprit.
If it’s still there with everything else off, we’ll take a look ourselves. Please share your admin details in the Private content field and confirm we can temporarily deactivate plugins and switch themes for testing. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes. Please back up your site before giving us access.
