Yes. If you are planning to use WoodMart on another separate website/domain, you will need a separate WoodMart license for that website. Each regular WoodMart license is intended for one live website.
Regarding the plugins shown in your XTemos account:
“Included with WoodMart” means these plugins are bundled with the WoodMart theme and can be downloaded/used with your WoodMart installation:
– WPBakery Page Builder
– Slider Revolution
You do not need to purchase separate licenses for these plugins when using them as bundled plugins with WoodMart.
So, for a second separate website, you would need another WoodMart license, and the included plugins can be obtained through that WoodMart installation as provided by the theme.
