Slow backend with WoodMart

I’ve been a long-term & very satisfied user of WoodMart for many years. I must say that I am now truly reconsidering whether I shall continue further with WoodMart for mainly 1 reason : extremely slow backend.

I know you’ll reply to me “you should test only with default wordpress/woocommerce only enabled, and you should disable any other plugin” but I’m not accepting this answer. There is no single website in the world only using default plugins. We all use additional plugins.

And when I try the same install with lots of plugins, just by disabling WoodMart Core & switching to any default theme, the backend response time goes from 8s to 4s.

So unless your theme starts to really consider improving backend performance, I’m in real thinking process whether my new websites to be still made with WoodMart or not.
